Meow is distributed as a zipped jar file. To get it, select the link below.
meow.jar.zip
After downloading it, unzip the distribution using your favorite unzip utility, and store it in the directory of your choice.
You can invoke the program by issuing either of the following commands:
If you execute Meow without arguments, Meow will provide a synopsis of the necessary arguments. Refer to the documentation for additional details.
You can download the Meow source code by selecting the link below. (This is an optional step; you do not need the source code in order to run Meow.)

The README file included with the source code explains important issues related to recompiling.
Meow requires Java support. If you don't already have a JRE (Java Runtime Environment) installed on your system, you need to download and install that, too.
