Your client can provide timely presence change information to interested parties by registering them as monitors.
The format for a MONITOR_ADD message is:

| is the address of the user that you wish to register as a monitor. |

Your server will not return an acknowledgement for this message because it does not require a server-to-server transmission. Typically, you send an MONITOR_ADD message to your server after receiving an RX_MONITOR_REQUEST from a trusted party.
